• The GlobalFSD 3D Filament webshop has been created to give you the opportunity to test a wide range of speciality filaments without breaking the bank.  We have also kept the shipping costs to an absolute minimum.

 

• We sell Internationally, globally, anywhere in the world as long as it has a valid postal address then we will send it!

 

• We have calculated the postal charges by the gram and package size, to give you the best possible price for postage.

 

• All samples within the UK will be sent by 1st class post and are packed in a cardboard box to protect your exotic filaments, therefore the postal charges have been calculated to include the dimensions of the protective packaging.

 

• Only want one sample? Not a problem, you just pay postage for one.

 

• Please note, for the next day delivery before 1pm service, you must place your order before 2pm.  We will not refund any extra paid postage if you choose this service after 2pm on the day of booking.

 

• If you are so excited that you have packed a whole kilogramme of samples into your basket (Royal Mail & Parcel force become a little expensive after 1Kg).  Then we will dispatch by an alternative courier, see icons below for the couriers used.

 

• Please note, that if you order just a single forlorn wrap, be mindful that depending where you are in the world, this tiny little package has to travel all on its own, so depending how efficient your country's postal service is, may have a bearing on the chances of the package reaching you or not. We cannot be held responsible for any item that is shipped as standard internal or International mail (not tracked) once it has left the warehouse.  You will be automatically notifed via email when your goods have been dispatched along with any tracking information.

 

• If you choose international standard shipping, Items are only tracked up to the UK borders. Once your package leaves the UK it is no longer tracked. However, for peace of mind you can choose to pay for the Tracked and Signed service.

• Ensure that you complete the address and shipping details in full and correctly at the time of checkout. We can not be held responsible for the parcel not reaching its destination if the supplied postal information is incorrect.

Additional Notes:

• In case you are not aware, the wonderful laybrick & laywoo d3 filaments by Kai Parthy are very delicate.  Therefore, if you purchase these as a single item, we will pack them in a slim cardboard postal box adding 55 grammes to the total weight. 
• We also have a gift wrapping service, where your filament will travel to its destination in a carefully wrapped box full of love and attention, as well as the filament of course.  Just drop us an email to enquire about this service.
